Keating Thompson from Ashland, Massachusetts says the elimination
of flour from your diet in the secret to losing weight. "From
my late teens and my 20s and 30s, I was always battling weight,"
Sandra Keating Thompson said.
When she turned forty with cholesterol level above 300 she realized
that something had to be done about her eating habits. She liked
the idea of a low clorestrol diet, but found them to be complicated
to implement. "So my solution was, just cut anything made
with flour out of my diet," Thompson said.
She faced a future without some of our favorite foods, which
include bread, potatoes, and pasta. Thompson used some creative
methods to eliminate flour from her diet. "I made the switch
to putting all of those ingredients, the chicken, the pesto, the
sun dried tomatoes over lettuce instead of pasta (in) a huge salad.
It's delicious and it's very filling," Thompson said.
