Lunch: Chicken Caesar salad, 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing

Mid-Afternoon snack: Celery stuffed with Laughing Cow Cheese

Dinner: Marinated London Broil, Spinach stuffed mushrooms, Surprise South Beach Mashed potatoes, Sauteed peppers and onions for Tommy, Tossed Salad/ Newmans Own Olive Oil and Vinegar Dressing

Dessert: Sugar free Fudgesicles or ricotta lemon

Menu 2:

Breakfast: Western Omelet, Canadian Bacon, Decaf ice tea with lemon and splenda for me

Mid-Morning Snack: 1-2 Turkey Roll-Ups/ 2 tablespoons Cilantro Mayo

Lunch: Grilled Chicken Breasts over romaine/ Good Seasons Dressing

Mid-afternoon Snack: Cucumber rounds spread with Laughing Cow Cheese/ Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Stick

Dinner: Southwestern Chicken, Sauteed onions, peppers, and zucchini, Tossed Salad/ Ranch Dressing

Dessert: Vanilla Ricotta


Menu 2:

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Canadian Bacon, Decaff tea

Mid-morning snack: Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Lunch: Chef Salad, 2 Tablespoons of dressing

Mid-afternoon Snack: Part Skim Mozzarella Stick

Dinner: Parmesaen Crusted Chicken, Sauteed peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes/ garlic, Zucchini Fritters, Tossed Salad
